Corrections and Updates Policy

Our Goal

We want PumpingChops content to be accurate, useful, and transparent. If something is wrong or outdated, we want to fix it.

What We Correct

We review and correct content when we identify:

  • factual errors
  • outdated specifications
  • discontinued products still listed as active recommendations
  • broken links
  • misleading wording or unclear guidance

How We Handle Updates

We update guides when changes are meaningful, such as:

  • product lineup changes
  • spec or compatibility changes
  • recommendation changes
  • major content improvements (new sections, better comparisons, clarified guidance)

We do not update dates solely to make a page look fresh.

How To Report an Issue

If you spot an error or outdated information, contact us with:

  • the page URL
  • what looks incorrect
  • (optional) a source link or manufacturer documentation reference

This helps us review and correct the issue faster.

Editorial Review

Corrections and major updates are reviewed before publication. When practical, we update the page content and its modified date to reflect the change.

Scope and Limitations

Because many of our guides are research-backed, product availability and listing details can change quickly. We aim to keep pages current, but there may be delays between market changes and updates.
